How much water are you drinking? This can help as well. :) Even though you are exercising quite a bit, are you really getting your heartrate up? Cardio is important to help keep your body healthy.

Nothing wrong at all!! That is a good thing, when you start eating healthier and exercising on a normal schedule, your sleeping schedule also becomes more regulated. I wake up at 6 am every day and I'm ready to go! I like sleeping in, but I have to seriously try pretty hard to sleep in past 7 on weekends.

I really do LOVE Wii Fit, but Wii Sports Resort is also really fun. Any of the sports ones give a decent workout if you do it long enough. Wii Fit really is worth the money though, I love it.

Honestly, it look me about 6 weeks to finally see some changes when I started a new diet. Sometimes, your body needs to gain weight to get over the 'you aren't feeding me enough' phase. I am finally losing pounds at the rate I set (.5/wk) :) Hope this helps.

Yeah, I have never found a bike seat comfortable too. Once you get up to speed a bit, if you can, lift your butt off your seat while you are going uphill. This will help you get more leverage, as well as help your bum tone up a bit. :)

Love this, and I really hope this is true. Also like this!! Really you have to get your whole body in shape. Work on cardio and overall muscle tone. Eventually you will get there!
