I have been trying to loose weight for years and have only managed 10pounds so far. I stumbled onto this site about a year ago and NOW I'm really going to use it to its full potential. I have recently admitted to myself to being a food addict and I could really use some more friends on here who are committed and supportive! I plan on being on EVERY day!! and I love to support others.
ADD ME thanks.
ADD ME thanks.

Hi AbiGirl,
I have been in recovery from food addiction for over 19 years with some struggles here and there.
What really helped me (if you are interested) is www.kaysheppard.com - they have a food plan on the site that helps people with food addiction, compulsive overeating/binging and cravings.
I have utilized the plan since 19 years ago. It's not a diet, it's a food plan specifically for food addicts. She has two books that actually explain the physiological matter for people who metabolize carbs/sugars etc. different than the norm. The books helped big time. I got mine at one of the books stores in my hometown.
Right now I am coming back after a break from training as a figure competitor and it totally set me up to include some food products into my food plan that don't work for me SO I am now back and committed.
Anyway I can help or be of support, please let me know.
The picture on my page is one taken two plus years ago. I now have rebounded to 139 pounds (I am only 4'9" tall) and 37.5% bodyfat! So don't let that pic fool ya. I worked hard for that but right now I just want to get back to healthy.
My healthy goal weight for my height and size should be 104ish and down to 21% bodyfat.
Let me know if you get a chance to check out that website. Also, I have a website with my blog that has some other info that can be helpful at : www.sarasotafitnesstrainer.org
I am adding you as a friend.
Blessings,
Nyla0 -

Hi Abi, my name is Vanessa and I am an MFP addict! I registered some time back and didn't do anything really until July this year, and with the support on here it's actually going quite well! You'll be in good company here, add me if you'd like a bit of extra support - good luck, but you'll do great :-)0
