Mmmmmm, water. I've always been a water drinker (even as a kid). I can't imagine anything more refreshing than a big glass of ice water. Sometimes, after I drink something else I still have to "wash it down" with a glass of water. :drinker:

I had a similar problem - sometimes I sip a mug of diet hot chocolate or coffee or something that I consume slow - like hard candy.

Today for fun I held my 4 year old when I got onto the scale...the weight was my starting weight...I have literally lost the same amount of weight as a small (medium) child!

We have an appointment at my gym's playroom every Monday and Wednesday afternoon and Saturday mornings. If I don't go then they charge me for the missed appointment...this helps my "motivation"
