That sounds kind of high to me...I wonder if that is just fluids in general and includes the water content of the food we eat too.

I'm a teacher too and one year (before my last baby) I had lost 30 pounds over about 3-4 months. None of my students said anything. I guess that's just how kids are!

I watch a lot for when lean cuisine or healthy choice are on sale and stock up. Frozen veggies are good too, if you catch them on sale you can stock up (if you have freezer space) then just toss them in the microwave with some seasoning. Packets of Oatmeal are a good breakfast/snack. Hope this helps

My gym had a 90 min spin and a thanksgiving boot camp (45 min total body sculpt and 30 min core intensive pilates) I didn't spin, but the boot camp was awesome.

Awwww...I like to think that my body burns calories fighting colds...that's why I feel so wiped out...so your immune system is working out, using that energy - like a little white blood cell spinning class! So I'm having a girls night tonight and we're heading to applebees...I decided to hop on the website and plan my meal...now I know exactly what I can have for the rest of the day and still eat my yummy oriental chicken salad later tonight. Pre-planning is so helpful and makes me feel in control without giving anything up!
