I splurged on a vitamix recently so I make a GIANT smoothie every morning (about 36 oz). I have a daily morning smoothie (I have a vitamix so I mainly do fruits, veggies, and water). Today I juiced some wheatgrass for it. I am starting to enjoy the "grassiness".

(as a vegan) meat repulses me. but also button mushrooms (but I LOVE portobellos marinated in balsamic and grilled...). I also gag at cooked spinach. its so... UGH. watery or something.

We have EA Active For Wii and Wii Fit.. thats it. The only time I feel like I am getting a good workout with Wii Fit is hula hooping... I have to figure out actual calories burned for EA Active. I want to get some new ones soon.. I wonder how our downstairs neighbor would feel about that! haha

I have found that the less processed foods are, the less likely I am to binge. I would eat a whole jar of regular peanut butter (with a spoon..) but the natural peanut butter leaves me with no urge to binge. The one I get is just peanuts. No salt or sugar added.

I am vegan and striving to eat more raw foods... but I am far from even 50% raw. Working on it though! My friend is a raw foods nutritionist, I will ask her for what books she recommends.
