Jawbone UP

My jawbone UP is tracking steps even when I am not wearing it. It has had a dead battery for weeks (it won't charge). It is making me nuts. It tracked 1900 steps for me today even though it has been sitting on the kitchen counter. I have not moved it or anything. Has anyone had this happen?

No. Mine is very accurate. I thought mine had died but I called customer service and they walked me through a software update. Fixed all my problems. Good luck :-)0

Mine finally seems to be charging after a dozen soft resets. Then I can try a hard reset... I have heard customer service is very good. Thanks!0
