I went back to work after the staples were removed. But I could have been back in the first week. But the dr wanted me to be out the whole 6 weeks. I was back at the gym, just walking, within three weeks.

my weigh in is 218.5 a little bit of an increase, but with my week I am happy. I was out of town most of the week so I did was not able to do the physical, (I was in CA with a sick mother, she has lung cancer). The water was done because all I do if drink water, I have stopped drinking all soft drinks :)

I am glad that one holiday is done...wheeew. All my kids w/ other halves in tow were at my house this weekend. The last of them go home tomorrow to California. I will miss them terribly but glad that I get my house back..lol

We were in California for Jennifer until she was around 10, then moved to South Carolina. I had to deal with South Carolina special services with her and at first it was a fight..but then when is anything easy with a special needs child. I did 20 minutes on the tread mill and 30 minutes of strength training with the personal trainer.

I use the Syntax Nectar, Lemonade flavor, it has 90 cals, no carbs and 23 protein. I tend to take protein like medicine though. As long as I can swallow it, it works..lol. Tried an orange flavor of the same brand. Hated it!. Gave it away!

I like soft corn tortilla. they are the best!
