I love weight watchers and have lost most my weight on it... however, it has made me really obsessed with food and it was just a pain having to calculate the points for everything!! I have been doing both WW and MFP for a while now, I would make sure I was within my points but then calculate the amount of calories anyway…

My sister's wedding is on July 12th (I am chief bridesmaid) so June for me is all about being completely focused and losing as much weight as I can, preferably 7lbs!! I'm trying to add more weights and strength training in this month because I've been mainly focused on cardio so far. I'm also only 2lbs away from entering…

I use my HRM and I usually burn anything from 550-750 an hour depending on how hard I work that day and what iNstructor I have.

sweet potato soup is really nice, and sweet potato curry with spinach (with or without chicken) my favourite is to bake the potatoes in the oven then scoop out the filling, mix it with cheese, Quorn (or chicken), jalapenos etc. put all the mix back into the skins and put back in the oven for a bit to melt all the cheese. Age/Gender: 22, Female Height: 5'8" Highest weight - 228 lbs (eek!) Current weight - around 168 lbs Lowest weight - 166 lbs Goal weight - aiming for 140, but I'm more concerned about how I look rather than how much I weigh! My body fat when I last got it measured was 31% (a few months ago) - definitely want to get this…

I usually plan my meals a week in advance!! I enjoy working out what I'm gonna eat and planning different dinners and lunches etc!! It always helps me stay on track too. I only put my exercise in after I've done it because I use a HRM to calculate my calories burned and I never know how much it's going to be.

Yeah, I might try to work on my speed first then! It shouldn't take too long to get it under 30 mins! Thanks :) want to transition to running outside soon, think I'll have to if I move back down to England cos there's no Bannatynes near Sleaford (nooooooo!) Xx

I always make my own pizzas on pitta bread with half fat cheese, Quorn chicken, BBQ sauce and LOTS of jalapenos. BEAUT!

most of those people were probably the fattest person in the gym at one point!! use it as motivation instead of letting it put you off :) at least you're in the gym doing something about it instead of sitting in McDonalds scoffing burgers!! A really big woman has just joined my gym and I see her most days just walking on…

My favourite smoothie that I always have after a workout is 2 bananas, 200ml almond milk and 1tbsp peanut butter. So delicious and filling!!
