    I'm 20. I haven't an excessive amount left, but I'm a young adult trying to lose weight! I'm not sure on the whole support thing because I'm not exactly active on here, but I'd like to try.

    I started at 19 and I turn 21 next month! I've lost almost 60! In the beginning, I relied on MFP and support from my friends on here a lot. It can make a big difference!

    25 here, think I'm still a young adult. Got about 120 to lose still. I try my best to log everything. I have been slacking on the gym lately but due to joints bothering me because of the weather.

    When I go to the gym I do a mile on the treadmill, then do 100 reps broke up in 20. Hip Adductor 40 reps on 40, 60 reps on 50. Hip abductor same reps. Ab machine (don't remember the exact name) 200 reps. 40 on 40, 100 on 50, and 60 on 60. After that, 45 minutes on the stationary bike and finish with 15 minutes on the ellpitical. I haven't lost a lot of weight in 2 months, but I have lost a lot of inches.

    I'm 22 and trying to lose about another 20 pounds, then will reevaluate as I get closer. I'd definitely like to meet some other people around my age trying to lose weight as well.
