Put me in the Mayo group! There's a Southern Mayo called Duke's that is TO.DIE.FOR!! And for all the mayo h8ters - avocado? Really??? As someone else here mentioned, you don't use that much mayo on a sandwich, so why not live a little???

I've done Insanity in the past and would highly recommend their nutrition plan, at least to ensure you get enough calories. You are already at the light end for your height, and Insanity takes a lot out of you. This^^ I do intervals once a week and weight lifting 3 days a week. Lifting weights can do just as good a job for cardiac health as running.

This, exactly! I never really tried losing weight til I was in my 40's and have sucessfully lost almost 30 lbs. I'll be 51 this year and focusing on bf% more than the scales, but it CAN be done. It's too easy to think "Well, I'm older, and I just can't do it...." Yes you can. Stick to it and keep on moving! :flowerforyou:

I think most people on here do (for the record, I don't and still managed to lose around 30 lbs.). I can see how it can become obessesive, but I can also see that some people need to do this in order to manage their intake. To each his own! :happy:
