Almost anything by Eminem or A7X. I have alot of heavy metal and rap on my workout playlist as that is what helps me get my blood pumping!

I slice a green apple, just because they are my favorite, and heat them up in the microwave and sprinkle cinnamon and Truvia on it. Super delicious and only 52-55 calories!

My husband will just do without sweeteners because he doesnt like the tast of artificials and he has the will power to resist sugar. We were recently vacationing in CA and he tried Truvia and now we cook with it, he puts it in his tea, etc. It is really fantastic!

I bought the strawberry and mint chocolate. They are not good. But they will do if you have a sweet tooth.

Yes, after I posted that question I heard that last night while I was working out. I'm actually enjoying this DVD. I can really feel the difference in stamina from Day 1 to Day 2. Of course, it might be psychosematic. I think that I am going to try a week at 1 and then move on.

I am a newbie at this and I hate to keep asking dumb questions, but how long do you stay on each level? I did day 1 level 1 last night and will go again tonight. But I want to be sure that I am doing it correctly. Thank you all for your help!

53 pretzel sticks are 100 calories. Jello makes sugar free pudding and one cup is 60 calories. Or cheese as a snack as I dont allow myself to have it on my food anymore!

I'm kind of in the same boat. I use the sugar free coffee mate liquid creamer, but its still pretty high in calories. Good luck and let me know if you find a better solution!

I am having the organic tomato basil soup. Only 110 calories/cup without the croutons and it is delicious!!

I am 5'2" and 'they' say that I should weigh between 108-125 but I am a heavy person now (and 36 years old) so my actual goal is 140ish. We'll see. I have around 55ish pounds to lose. Good luck to you!!!

I am feeling your pain too. I dont want to go today, but I find that if I log it into my daily diary that will hold me accountable and force myself to do. I'm not feeling too great today so I only logged in 1 hour instead of the 1 1/2 or 2 that I would have done normally. If I get there and feel better, I can always stay!…
