    As of yesterday I was 210.6, which puts me down 2.2lbs this week.

    I will calculate BF% tonight after work.

    I completely forgot about a challenge today. Todays challenge should be to report your results. Lol think im still missing a lot. How about tomorrow?

    What about a "Triathalon Tuesday" (I like allteration) everyone exercises 3 times during the day for at least 15 minutes each time. It could be the same exercise or three different ones.

    Since it was my birthday this weekend, and I had my mom up here cooking me food, i did not do good at all. This is a new week though. I will have to wait til I get home to do the triathlon challenge.

    no different than you. Except I've let other things take precedence over my weight.
    often hard on myself.
    better that what I let myself believe.
    a daughter, a mother, a wife, a sister, a friend.
    I am WORTH something to somebody.

    I WILL...
    make August my b*tch.
    do my exercise for 60 min each day.
    take one day at a time.
    remember that above all else, I'm doing this for ME.
    reach my ultimate goal weight.
    stop having to lie down on the bed to button shorts that I got into last summer!!!
    stop feeling sorry for myself. No one else did this to me.
    understand that there is no miracle cure. It takes determination and willpower - 2 things I lack sometimes.
    DO THIS. FINALLY. After trying and failing too many times...

    I CAN...
    because I'm determined.
    because I owe it to myself.
    because my kids deserve the best mom they can possibly have.
    because I want to wear single digit clothing!
    because I'm tired of being TIRED.

    My mantra. Maybe this inspired some of you? Hoping to reflect back on this when the going gets tough. Today is a good day, but I know there will be many that will be harder and filled with temptation. Slow and steady WINS THE RACE.
