you know, when you go the munchies and you just want to eat something healthy but not so heavy! i like mashing a banana and mixing it with protein powder, heated in the microwave. its a great post-workout snack!

im bored with my diary and would like to hear of YOUR go-to snack concoctions, the more creative the better!

I slice a green apple, just because they are my favorite, and heat them up in the microwave and sprinkle cinnamon and Truvia on it. Super delicious and only 52-55 calories!

I keep a bag of Wasabi Soy Almonds in my desk... just enough spice to fight off the munchies and the almonds are filling enough to give my stomach the idea of being full.

Apples and nutella! Also, light ricotta cheese with cocoa powder and sweetener. Stole that one from South Beach. :)

also try disney family.com, I get an email from them monthly with health snack and meal ideas, that are kid friendly (which is awesome because I'm as picky as a 5 year old)
