I'm starting Insanity officially on April 1st with a facebook group. However, I am going to do the DVDs here and there for the next two weeks. I want to be done by the time that we head to Vegas which is May 29th. It doesn't look like there are many people left in this forum though!

I'm about 90% clean as well. Besides the normal fruits and veggies, I just went today and I bought dried unsweetened mango slices, coconut oil, Ezekiel bread, green tea and corn tortillas. It was a little tough because the place is soooo busy. I suggest going pretty early that way people aren't waiting for you to pick out…

I think that each person is different. When I do cardio at night I will stay awake for hours. If I lift at night I go to sleep pretty easy lol. I know a lot of people do cardio in the morning and cardio/lifting at night each day. It's all about finding what works for your body and with your schedule.

Hi HouseofCs! Yes, the classes are soooo intense! It makes them go by pretty fast tho!
-
Hey :) I did start yesterday and it was intense! The class goes by pretty fast. I had about a 600 cal burn yesterday and today with HIIT 15 I burned around 300. I've been pretty sick the last few days, so I'm not giving it 100%. I'm looking forward to getting over this cold! For the first week I am following the meal plan…

I would love to join this! SW:175 CW:156 GW:135 I'm starting Turbo Fire tomorrow and I'm pretty excited to see what kind of results that I can get out of the program!

Hey! I'm just now getting back to MFP and I've also been struggling with motivation. I'm looking for people to also be motivational and encouraging. I'll add you and we can work on it together! It's hard to meet your goals when there isn't anyone around you to encourage and hold you accountable.
-
Wow great job! Your story is very motivational! I'm starting Turbo Fire tomorrow and I'm pretty excited!

I love it all :) Thanks for the awesome thread!

I was just thinking about adding protein powder to my coffee instead of creamer and to replace my breakfast whole grain waffles :)
-
Honestly you are one of my favorite friends on this site! You are so motivating and I love to watch your updates on kick-*kitten* calorie burning workouts every day! Again, congrats! You're awesome!! :)
-
This is great to know for when I get to that point. Thanks!
-
Congrats on getting through such a hard phase! I wish I was able to say I was in the same spot as you! That's very exciting! Sweets are my weakness, I'm just trying to figure out how to make them with better ingredients lol.

Sounds interesting and makes sense. Kind of like a can of pumpkin or applesauce in a cake mix. Thanks for the post, I can't wait to try it!

Great job! You look awesome!

Thanks for the link, I enjoyed it!

This is a great reminder. I've been a little bummed since all of my T's are disappearing lol. Those are the two things that I didn't want to lose!

I'm logging and I don't plan on missing out on anything. I also don't plan on eating a whole turkey.
-
Hey! Also from Washington! This is my surviving Thanksgiving plan lol....I'm going to eat a good breakfast and snack a little bit during the day. I'm going to save the majority of my calories for dinner. I plan of having a little of everything that I like and I'm not going to stress out if I go over my calories. I will…
-
Awesome job, congrats on your success!
-
Such a great idea for a topic! Congrats on your accomplishment! I've lost 15 pounds. Three 5lb bags of sugar! lol
-
Yay! That's exciting! The best feeling ever actually :)
-
I'll be eating anything that I like...but all in moderation. I'm not going to stuff my face, but I will surely eat up to my calories and might go over a little bit. Like everyone has said, it's just one day. Make up for it the next few days or just eat your favorites in moderation.
-
I like how you have a miles per year goal. I think that's really interesting and something that I might want to look at doing. Thanks for the idea! :)
-
I want to be down another 8lbs by Dec 22. When I closed out my food diary the other night it gave me a goal of being at 152.4 in 5 weeks..so that's what I'm trying for :)

She's annoying but her workouts are a good burn. I love 30 day shred and the results are really nice, even if weight isn't lost.
-
Wow your before and after pics are awesome! Great job, you look really good at 180. I wouldn't have guessed that weight in the pic on the right.
