  • So think you've lost "x". Think of something that way that much. Doesn't it make you go WOW!!!! Look at how far you've come.

    I have lost 119.6 pounds.
More then a friend (she weighs 110)
    6 bags of cat food.
Almost 3 bags of cat litter (they weigh 42 each)
    12 10# bags of potatoes
My other friend weighs about 130 so Pretty soon I can add her to the list :)

When i get to my goal i will have lost half of my body starting weight, think, I lost HALF of me!!!!

Such a great idea for a topic! Congrats on your accomplishment!

I've lost 15 pounds. Three 5lb bags of sugar! lol

I've lost my lab/beagle mix dog. He weighs 60lbs.

    I've lost 60lbs.

Whenever he sits on my lap, I think to myself "Holy crap! If I stand up and hold him that's how much weight my body used to have to carry all the time!"

My snoring has improved i.e. i now snore less, my wife's really happy about this

A bench i used to rest on when going for a walk i now use to stretch, so I've lost the puffing and panting when i used to sit there
