I've lost my lab/beagle mix dog. He weighs 60lbs.

    I've lost 60lbs.

Whenever he sits on my lap, I think to myself "Holy crap! If I stand up and hold him that's how much weight my body used to have to carry all the time!"

Since joining MFP I've lost 18lb (8.2kg) that's 8 Bags of sugar and a few spoonfuls

Since the start of my yo yo diet Jan 2011 I've lost 45.4lb (20.6kg) that's 81 packets of butter (250g)

Ive also lost my heart burn and don't carry my antacid tablets any more

My snoring has improved i.e. i now snore less, my wife's really happy about this

A bench i used to rest on when going for a walk i now use to stretch, so I've lost the puffing and panting when i used to sit there

Im tempted to go to the supermarket and fill a basket with 81 packets of butter just to gloat a little
