  • I have never heard of cosmetyn but Vitamin E oil, Olive Oli, Coconut oil and Bio Oil are all supposed to be good.   • Sorry, yes, i should eat 1200 and the days I go over are normally a Friday and /or saturday night. Don't excercise on the saturday but a do a 30-60 minute walk during my lunch on Friday. I appreciate that I will put on weight but was hoping that if I upped my calories gradually, that I won;t put on loads all at once.....

  • I have a cheap manual treadmill and I love it! I put the radio on and then walk really fast and look out the window - try and pretend I am trying to get somewhere fast.   • Absolutely! Your body doesn't choose where it loses weight from but you can certainly give it a boost using these excercises. Try not to use more than 0.5 kg weights - you don't want bulky arms :o) x
