new to the group.. working on a Keto life style.. i am way over 50 years, Age 83 in Dec, but still active. also a diabetic for over 30 years, but have brought my a1c down to 6.4 have been off meds for over 3 months. fasting sugar down to 92.. need motivation to be more active, have to make myself exercise most days. thanks…

Low carb (keto) diet is great to cure Diabetes.. It is also easy to stay on since most of your carbs come from Veggies.

legally you should have a 15 minute break for every 4 hours worked.. and 30 minutes for lunch. a must, to comply with the fed law

I do not trust it for food. I use both. postal for mail, and food scale for food.

yes I have fasted for 5 days over the years and found it to work great.. I am presently on a 16 hour intermittent fast with a 8 hour eating period. also the Chiro Thin diet works this way with drops to help decrease food cravings.

yes go for it. I have a charger for 2 years.. now alta with heart monitor for another 1 year love the smaller size

Yes it will work if you stay in ketosis. I have used it, but I find that I loose more on a VLCD very low calorie diet. you may check out the Chiro Thin Diet supervised by the Dr,

I have started the Keto diet and left the Atkins diet.. Can you tell me about how much fat is needed in the diet? 5"2'' and weigh 147. I am diabetic and can not seem to loose much weight due to meds. I work out at gym 3 times a week and have gained muscle but don't seem to loose body fat. need help. thank you.

thanks, pasta is my weakness, don't eat much bread of any kind. love sweets. try to exercise a few times a week . need to drink more water, do not drink sodas.
