  • You can set it for a goal... You in a bikini will be good! As for the rest... Here the big day came! I'm ready to log with my increased weight. I wish hubby finds me with a model's body in June....
  • I had a TSH 4 on November 2011 taking 62ugrams of levothyroxine sodium. Raised that to 75ug and had TSH 2.something I cannot recall on March 2012. Hadn't have any test blood since then. The lab's normal is at 4. My endo wanted it around 2. I can't recall the other numbers, but it will be the first thing to do in 2013!
  • She always tests me for all 3 hormones. FT3, FT4 and TSH. TSH was always at the top edge and that was the reason she increased my dosage last year and the lowest levels were about 2.3 (top normal 4). But even with 4 TSH I didn't have all these symptoms together. I've never had muscle pains, and I couldn't imagine that it…
  • The last month... I have so many issues, and I tend to forget that I have Hashis. Such as this last ones. (I have to say, that I'm making an appointment with my endo after holidays to do some new blood tests, because I there has been almost one year since I last did them) So here is my awful symptoms which made me just a…
  • We don't have stocking for <--- this lady, but... we don't either! But... she will get some turkey treats as a gift! Turkey! Best gift ever for an over-aged kitty!
  • sometimes when I'm bored of water... I add some lemon juice (half of a lemon) just for the taste. It also helps when you feel thirsty.
  • I'll try that but, it might become a very "big" spreadsheet. Don't forget that it will last for 6 months. I'm thinking a weekly measurement (member's choice) and extra monthly measurement (member's choice too). I'll try to do it through a drop down menu... If I find a way to do it!
  • This concept you suggested, about everyone setting their own goal, either counting weight (pounds, or kg), or waist ( cm, or inches) or whatever anyone likes sounds good to me! I found really attractive the possibility of setting our own goals because we are not starting from the same weight, or height or BMI or even age.…
  • 1. 2. What the????? ok, judging from my 7 year old god-daughter, who is an overweight girl your grand-daughter is at normal. But that's not the point. How did they get this result. Did they just weigh her? I think the best thing is her mother to go and have a discussion with the doctor of the school.
  • Photoshop, rocks!  Fotoshop:noway: .... I don't even know this program! I have learn't phothosp by myself to retouch my facebook photos!  Just kidding... But it helped to make some animated Christmas pics for some sites and definitely you can lose some extra weight with photoshop, or add some…
  • Now... I have to apologize! I found a "bug" in spreadsheet's code... that will disappoint many of people, among you, me too. I realized because of my almost steady weight the last weeks. I shouldn't get a "Goal Achieved" but I did since week number 3. I found out that I have forgotten to increase the number of weeks so it…
  • Ok... I don't find any reason to apologize. Everyone who hasn't add their data for 3 weeks is going to be deleted. heygina, you have been deleted since week 3, that means that you havent logged since first week and you came back now, on week number 5 to 6. What was I supposed to do? Keep a spreadsheet with empty cells?…
  • I wrote that I will delete anyone who don't log for 3 or more weeks. How should I know that you want to log every 4 weeks. You may re-log yourself anyway and add your previous weight as steady for the weeks you don't log, so I won't delete you and so as the formula works. Thank you and sorry.
  • no!!!!!!! x4mygirlx is right! Don't remove your weights! I was just kidding! hahahahaha... I hopped that the smiles would make it obvious!!!! Anyway, I had a win against chocolate today! Managed to stay away!
  • I know the feeling!
  • Good-greek-morning notabrat1! I saw you online on the spreaddsheet a few minutes ago! You are welcome, even if you took my first and only win from the Week 1!     Not a good week for me, this one. As always I seem to be in a for-ever plateau. :ohwell: I know, I'm not so "dedicated" as…
  • fruits... any kind. Almost everyday a banana + an apple, or a pear, or whatever other seasonal fruit.
  • Welcome Tammi!!! New additions to the list, and some deletes also. The deleted members are:
  • Here is were I can talk and be listened!!! I had almost reached my goal. On April. I was 3 pounds before there.... 3 months before my wedding. I was so excited! I continued working out, watch out whatever I ate... and suddenly I began gaining. No reason! No eating more, not exercising more. I gained 7 pounds in 3 months.…
  • If you get medication such as cortisone and eat food with salt or sugar you may have this kind of weight fluctuates. Your doctor is the best to ask for side effects of any meds, and should have advised you. Also I can't find any reason taking diuretics if the retain is from meds. Just wait a few days, eat sald/sugar free…
  • I deleted about 10 members that hadn't log any information the last 3 weeks. Also, some of them haven't log in MFP for a long time. I see that also that the members : jg2876, lacaro1, mindyhenry74, MrsAFR, princessbgirl, Shaina (slm0414) logged only week1 and then stopped. By the end of October they will be deleted too.…
  • I'm adding tomorrow morning my weight. I've weighed myself just before I have my period, and I had reached 165 pounds! 24 hours later I'm 161! Maybe untill tomorrow I'll be in logical numbers to log! hahahahahahahha
  • ok... this story gets me back for almost 7-8 years. I had a relationship then... I'm 5'6" and I weighted about 155-160 pounds (as I do now). He was telling me this all the time. I kicked him out of the house at the end. My husband (have been together 6.5 years) looks at me as if I am a goddess, same height, same weigh.…
  • This is the reason I wanted to ask the new-comers to add the weeks they lost with their weight as they logged in from week number 1 and maintained their weight. By not doing that some formulas may not work properly.
  • I need to ask you, what about members who logged in their nicknames and starting weight and since then we haven't seen them again. I' m thinking that after 3 weeks of not logging we should delete them, so the spreadsheet won't be "too slow" sometimes.
  • On the top, I added one row that after new entries it finds the highest loser of the week, except from the last week that is looking up for the loser of the month. (by percentage)
  • Welcome everybody! I have already mentioned, that once in a while I will re-arrange the table at an alphabetical order. Just look around to find your name, don't re-log in. So, Just 2 days before 2nd week!!! How is everyone doing? I was a winner last week, I feel I'm not gonna be a loser this one!
  • I change the sheet... once again. First of all, Lisa, found a problem in code. It was calculating weekly percentage loss on our new weight. so at the end we could never meet our goal! I changed it so as to have a steadily loss every week, the 1/13 of the total loss. Also, if someone loses a lot one week and no/less loss…
