  • Keep in mind that you get bloated from hormones and constipation. I'm also in week 7 and up 4 lbs without eating more than the maintenance calories. I have terrible nausea too. Bananas, toast, chicken with rice are my best friends. All sweets make me really sick (thanks God)!!!! But I have trouble with water. Makes me so…
  • That sounds great. You'll lose them all in the following weeks.
  • With my first one I gained 28kg. I already was overweight. My son is 22 months now and I 've lost 22 kg since his birth.
  • From what I've read for the first trimester you set the calories to maintenance. Second trimester add 300 cals and third 500 cals per day. If you have twins, triplets etc. Add 300 cals per baby.
  • I'm in. Height: 5'6" CW:196 GW by May: 176
  • :( 31weeks now, 20kg (44lbs) gain. I feel sooooo bad. I gained the most in the first trimester cause only carbs helped with stomach problems. Last month I only gained 1kg. I hope I stay under 100kg even when full term.
  • I know your journey the last years, but I need to congratulate you for everything you have accomplished! :drinker: :drinker:
  • Hello!!!! And thanks all of you for your suggestions! 3 weeks left! I know it's getting colder there and loosing summer in Greece is the only disadvantage of this trip. We'll be together with hubby after 4 months being apart, so it doesn't matter me at all!

  • The results from the tests were that she has some liver failure issues because of ageing. The time I heard them I got my decision even if it is the hardest I had to get until now. No stress for her. No travelling. My mother will look after her until the end. So sad... but I'm sure she had 15 great years with me, and the…
  • A month ago I had significant numbness and tiggling at my left foot. This continued for about a week with no pattern. Some days was so intense, I couldn't walk. Or better say, I could walk but didn't feel my foot for several minutes. I didn't go to doctor, cause it happened just 5-6 times in the week and then stopped.…
  • 1. My cat is 15! Yours... is a baby! 2. She will definitely have more fun going outside. Just let her do it on herself. They are so curious animals that she will have fun exploring grass, trees and bugs! 3. She is used to other animals.. and this is good. It depends from her attitude. Mine who lives only with us all this…

  • Even she is a cat, they won't leave me to have her on the plane. Being exact, we will travel with different airline, cause I'm leaving at the end of May, and her tests for rubies and the quarantine obligations will be ready on September. So my parents will just go to the airport the day I have booked her ticket, and send…
  • After smoking 13 years, I quit 2 years ago. I gained 22 lbs in two months. Lost them at a slow motion, regained them as fast as first time and still have them! The first two-three months, I was like... PMSing continuously! Thank my boyfriend then - husband now he didn't dump me, even times I would have dump myself. I got…
  • I have the same problem... the only thing that helped me to binge less is planning. I plan all my week, even my coffees. Knowing what I'm eating next, helps me not binging. If I do, I'm welcome to change a bit my plan but generally it helps.
  • me too....
  • At my job, the secretary, is pregnant but she is skinny too, so none, could "see" it until she was 5 months. A few weeks ago, (she was 7.5 months) I told her that another woman in the job was with flu, so she would better be careful. A total stranger, who was there, listening, told me "You should also be careful!!!!! In…
