Your body is a natural sodium absorber. When your body absorbs sodium, water gets absorbed with it to balance out your body. If you eat a lot of sodium without drinking water your body actually thinks you're out of whack and holds in the water.

Yes, that is the right order. Alpha, Beta, then Gamma. You can choose to do either Gamma or Gamma Hybrid, or you can do both. It depends on what resuls you want.

I have done Insanity and T25 without Shakeology and have had amazing results. You don't need that stuff to do the workouts.

Keep at it. I wouldn't skip Alpha. Just finish it and keep going. Beta and Gamma get progressively tougher. Believe me you will get your burpees and your pushups soon. You will see results. I was skeptical, but follow the program. I saw a huge difference.

Fiber One makes some awesome 90 calorie brownies that I eat with lunch to give me my chocolate fix. Nature Valley has awesome peanut butter bars and oatmeal squares that can satisfy a craving. :)

Finished Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. I'm 25 years old, 5'6...not sure what I weigh ( I don't own a scale) but it's somewhere between 130-140 pounds. You aren't going to burn a lot with T25. I just completed Beta and starting Gamma tomorrow and never hit 200 unless it was a double day. However, the changes it made to my body are very apparent to everyone around me. I am losing inches and firming up. Don't think the lack of burn is going to mean a lack of results.

For the first phase, Alpha, all you need is a mat for the ab exercises. In the second month, Beta, there is an arm video which uses hand weights. You don't need to use the bands you can stick with the weights.

Wake up earlier so they you can have breakfast. Not only will that add calories, but breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gets your metabolism going.

I use Designer Whey Protein Powder. It has 19g of protein, 2g of sugar and is only 100 calories. The chocolate flavor is yummy. =)

A coworker of mine did the same thing, and she wasn't fired. She did get talked to though. As long as you own up to your mistake and don't make excuses you will, hopefully, be fine.
