Googling around for an accurate weight loss calculator, I stumbled upon this one:

I personally find it to be very helpful and very accurate for me

I hope you guys find the same as well.
Edit: Make sure you have java running

I had the same problem, I needed to update Java and then close my browser, reopen my browser and go to the site again. The application then had a Java pop up screen asking to run it.

Interesting application. I like the way I can play around with numbers and see what my maintenance will be at different weights.
