its not bad weight lifting, you will def begin to like it once you start. But yea, you have to lift to preserve muscle mass, or a tleast engage in other physical activities, like pushups, classes, and stuff. Find what you like best.

try eating chobani yogurt, the calcium and protein will def keep you full, and only 100 cal for plain or 140 cal for the flavored ones.. Eat plenty of fiber too so you wont feel hungry. good luck!

I suggest Chobani yogurt, it has a well amount of protein. Protein powders are good too, I recommend Optimum Nutrition because the flavor is decent enough. EAS protein shakes are good too, especially the low fat since carbs are also important. And lastly meat, you cannot go wrong with chicken and turkey breast.
