Best options for each to maintain high protein low calorie levels please?

  • Meat, greek yogurt, protein powder are my sources
  • I suggest Chobani yogurt, it has a well amount of protein. Protein powders are good too, I recommend Optimum Nutrition because the flavor is decent enough. EAS protein shakes are good too, especially the low fat since carbs are also important. And lastly meat, you cannot go wrong with chicken and turkey breast.

    this, plus cottage cheese, egg whites.
  • Oops forgot those ^^ Cheese sticks are a good snack with some protein in it too.
    I can't stomach egg whites so I have to eat the whole egg xD

    Even if I eat eggs, meat & a little whey, I don't hit my protein goal. Seems impossible for me.
