Made the chocolate recipe in my waffle iron came out great just leave in a little longer to get it crispy. Put sugar free syrup & butter on it very good!

Look into Spirulina & Chorella they are great for Vegetarians. I've been using it & love it . My husband is Vegan & also uses this.

Use sugar free I use Coffee Mate French vanilla it's 15 cal per tbsp it's good . I only drink two cups a day & I do enjoy it with this in it.

Don't buy a juicer it separates the good nutrients it looses all the fiber. I have every gadget under the sun & hands down would suggest the NUTRIBULLET . I have bought every kind & by far my most recent one is the NUTRIBULLET. Hands down it's the best $90 at Target it totally pulverized anything you put in it. I have spent hundreds on these blenders & wish I had tried this first. It's the best one out there & does what it says it does
