I must say I was very disappointed in myself but am also looking forward to the new me in 30 days. It's going to be hard to do it everyday, but I know it will get better! It has to...right?????

  • Hello everybody, Day one for me. I live a mostly active and healthy lifestyle, but I thought some tweaking would be good for me. Losing 10 pounds is my goal.
