I would try and match up your activity level... Lightly active at the very least. Many people think all the daily activity doesn't add up to much but movement is movement. Im just a sahm (LOL) and go to the gym 1hr/5x a week and with my BMF my activity level matches with very active. :)

I don't know if it helps you figure out your numbers but my calories burned with my Bodymedia for stage 1 of NROLFW have been from 300-350 with a 5-10 min warmup. So maybe 250-300 calories more on your lifting days? (I'm 5'5 133)

:) I'd love to follow along. I'm currently eating 2000-2300 and I use my bodymedia fit to keep a small deficit. I'm doing NROLFW three days and zumba 2 days. Nice to meet everyone!

I have a body media fit. To get up to my burn numbers I've slowly upped my calories. I was eating 1700 and I'm up to 2200 and am losing( I was maintaining at 1700). I'm going to stick with that for a while. I figure if my burn is 2800 and there is a 10% error I'm still running around a 300 calorie deficit. I have the…

I vote for using the actual olive oil and just making sure you measure and account for it. I make roasted veggies almost everyday with dinner and usually only use a tbsp for a whole pan.

You said your eating well but are you eating enough? I see in your profile you have three little ones to take care of...add in all that exercise and your buring WAY WAY more calories than you probably think. :) You really have to give that body some fuel!

Hello everyone!! I'd like to follow along with everyone. I'll be starting week 3 of stage 1 next Monday. I'm loving it and feeling great! I really want to do 4 days but I have to keep telling myself to try the plan as written...I'm going to try going up in weight at larger intervals instead I guess. Nice to "meet" everyone…
