  • Definitely change your weight loss settings to .5lb loss per week. If you're fairly active change your activity settings. If you decided to chose sedentary (almost no one is sedentary) log all of your exercise and eat the calories MFP adds back in. I started about the same place as you 141lbs @ 5'5.   • I did/finished stage 6. I couldn't do chin ups and still can't do a full one. I do think I'm a bit stronger...still not strong enough though. The stage was good for me :)

I started today and it only took like 25 minutes boy were my arms shaky after the negative chin ups, slow underhand pull downs and pausing with the push ups....I though stage 6 would be a breeze....LOL! Felt great and I added a HIIT to the end of my workout :)

  • Leftovers also freeze very well. Just take the leftover rice and use a measuring cup to "mold" serving sizes. Plop them down on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Stick the sheet in the freezer until the portions harden and then store them in a freezer bag.

  • I started stage 5 today. Feels great to be closing in on the end of the book. I felt strong and upped my weights since there were only 4 reps. Yes the bodymatrix still completely sucks!!!!!! :)
  • I have the Bodymedia version. You can move around sliders on the website dashboard for a specific time period. I do this everyday when I put my exercise burn on MFP.
  • I use my bodymedia...I think my burn was only around 250 .
