Omg I couldn't leave the house last Monday so I did this DVD. The sweat was just dripping down my face...haha!! I felt good when I was done though.

Okay I did 3 sets today!! I was able to increase all my weights except for the squat push press and the the lunges. I was sweating and huffing and puffing though...I also couldn't make it through the 3rd plank . My shoulders were completely shaking and I fell to the mat like jello...haha!! Of course you always feel awesome…

I forgot about the shorter rest times!! Today is workout A....I'll try for 3 sets and see how it goes :)

I'm starting stage 4 tomorrow. Is everyone doing 3 sets? I'm going to try but it leaves me at the gym for a full 2 hours....For some reason I feel guilty leaving my kids in the childcare for the full time allowed... :/

You will get stronger I promise!!! I started on the smith machine and worked my way down. I also had to change my form. I had my arms like a T and this works but I guess this is not the best or most efficient way to to a push up. I moved my hands down and elbows in closer to my body. I've been able to add more push…

Finished up stage 3 today. I think I'm gonna truck right on through to stage 4. I'll be finished by Christmas and then take a break. I'll start stage 5 first of the year!!

I moved up to 7.5lb dumbells today on the YTWL.....woohoo!!!! I'm going to be finishing stage 3 this week...this is so much fun! :).

I have not seen a significant drop in scale weight. I am definitely smaller and I believe I have gained some muscle from being fairly new to lifting weights. Yeah!!! I'm officially in stage 3!! I finished workout A yesterday and really like all the exercises. Wow, the bodymatrix took me 9min the first time and 6 min the second. My rest was long enough in between that I drove home put the kids to bed and then did the second round...haha!! It was the lunge jumps that were hard…

My first day I was really really nervous! We had an awesome female health and wellness director at the time and she helped me with exercises or equipment. Now when I go in it feels like home...:)

Sometimes the gym has 20,30,40lb weighted bars or weighted body bars you could start with.

I got lucky with this one. The calories recommended in the book and the deficit I decided on with my Bodymedia are kinda close. The book put me around 2200 I think...I usually just eat anywhere from 2000-2400 depending on the day. I only scanned the chapter on food....I'm call it a good day if I get 130 or more of protein.…

Hi! I'm getting near the end of stage 2 and really feel great. I've been lifting MWF with HIIT on some of those days. T and TH Zumba and Weekends off from the Gym at least.
