I am a total creature of habit, but my most used foods are:

Original almond milk (I'm allergic to milk)

    Kashi GoLean cereal (original)

Starkist Selects Very Low Sodium Chunk Light Tuna In Water

    505 Southwest Green Chile Sauce

Tomatoes!!!!! I usually get the cheap beefsteak tomatoes from Wal-Mart

    Baby Carrots

Couscous. We buy it in bulk and it helps make it easy to grab a whole grain with dinner. Also bell peppers they are extremely versatile and go with almost anything.

milk (whole milk none of your skimmed water)
butter (again the real deal not marg or spread)
    cottage cheese
    cream cheese (Philadelphia)

 I agree with the above, especially since it's the "real" stuff. . .I also drink whole milk, eat real cheese and butter---I'd rather cut back on the real stuff than eat fake foods that I hate.

Also for me. . .Honey Nut Cheerios, avocado, eggs, corn tortillas, popcorn, fruits, and cheese (pepper jack, cheddar)

Like the poster quoted above--I  my foods!

I am not a happy camper without oatmeal, eggs, and greek yoghurt !

I've actually keep a dozen eggs, along with some other calorie friendly food, at my boyfriend's house so I don't starve when I'm over xD

Edit: Oh and peanut butter... though I've been eating it less and less.

Orville Reddenbacher air pop pop corn. If you look through my diary, I have it pretty much EVERY night for a snack. LOVE the stuff :) Must be Orville- all other brands taste funny to me. Ha!

There are a few other things that would be really hard to go without- but some of them are pretty obvious things- so I am sticking with my popcorn.
