    Chicken breast (boneless skinless)

plain Greek yogurt!!!!!!! I eat it every day without failure. I'm getting to the point where I'm worried if there's any negative side effect to continued massive Greek yogurt consumption.

pretty sure there's no conclusive evidence. if there ARE drawbacks, you and I can be in hospital beds next to each other

I have to have a variety of food but some staples I don't like to be without are

    Brussel sprouts
    carrots
    onions
    fress garlic
    brown rice
    EVOO
    soy milk
    beans (of all types)
    cocoa roasted almonds

If we run out of any of those they must be replaced immediately

    Bananas and Broccoli.
I'll add broccoli to just about anything, and bananas satisfy my morning sweet tooth.

For me it's low fat milk, cereal, oatmeal, peanut/almond butter, Fage 0% Greek yogurt, whey isolate protein supplement, ground flaxseed meal, wheatgerm, chicken, frozen fruit, whole grain tortilla wraps, salad mix and fat free salad dressing. (:

Onions, carrots, apples, cucumber, tofu, lentils, barley and tomato. Those are my basics, pretty much.
