    Chicken breast (boneless skinless)

plain Greek yogurt!!!!!!! I eat it every day without failure. I'm getting to the point where I'm worried if there's any negative side effect to continued massive Greek yogurt consumption.

pretty sure there's no conclusive evidence. if there ARE drawbacks, you and I can be in hospital beds next to each other

I have to have a variety of food but some staples I don't like to be without are

    Brussel sprouts
    carrots
    onions
    fress garlic
    brown rice
    EVOO
    soy milk
    beans (of all types)
    cocoa roasted almonds

If we run out of any of those they must be replaced immediately

    Bananas and Broccoli.
I'll add broccoli to just about anything, and bananas satisfy my morning sweet tooth.
  • For me it's low fat milk, cereal, oatmeal, peanut/almond butter, Fage 0% Greek yogurt, whey isolate protein supplement, ground flaxseed meal, wheatgerm, chicken, frozen fruit, whole grain tortilla wraps, salad mix and fat free salad dressing. (:

I am a total creature of habit, but my most used foods are:

Original almond milk (I'm allergic to milk)

    Kashi GoLean cereal (original)

Starkist Selects Very Low Sodium Chunk Light Tuna In Water

    505 Southwest Green Chile Sauce

Tomatoes!!!!! I usually get the cheap beefsteak tomatoes from Wal-Mart

    Baby Carrots

Couscous. We buy it in bulk and it helps make it easy to grab a whole grain with dinner. Also bell peppers they are extremely versatile and go with almost anything.

    Lean Cuisines
    Instant Oatmeal
    Eggs
    Fruit
    Tuna
    Chicken
    Spinach

  • milk (whole milk none of your skimmed water)
butter (again the real deal not marg or spread)
    cottage cheese
    cream cheese (Philadelphia)

 I agree with the above, especially since it's the "real" stuff. . .I also drink whole milk, eat real cheese and butter---I'd rather cut back on the real stuff than eat fake foods that I hate.

Also for me. . .Honey Nut Cheerios, avocado, eggs, corn tortillas, popcorn, fruits, and cheese (pepper jack, cheddar)

Like the poster quoted above--I  my foods!
