2% Cottage Cheese and Blueberries. Chicken , Popcorn (homemade in Mircowave with 2 tblsp oil and 1/3 cup popcorn-my favorite treat) and dried pineapple wedges for when I have a sweet tooth. A couple of those wedges satisfy any sweet cravings and only about 45 calories. I've lost 21 lbs since July!

Two things I can't live without; Fage Total 0% Greek yoghurt and porridge. Both really filling, can be breakfast, a snack or a dessert and both have endless mix-in possibilities. My current favourite oatmeal is cherry, almond and cocoa. OMG Yummm!

Gosh - I try to mix it up as much as possible but a few staples I always have include:

    Light halloumi
    Humous
    Peppers (red, yellow or orange)
    Cucumber
    Ham slices
    Eggs
    Kiddies yoghurt (petite Filous)

I can always find some sort of snack out of that lot!
