2% Cottage Cheese and Blueberries. Chicken , Popcorn (homemade in Mircowave with 2 tblsp oil and 1/3 cup popcorn-my favorite treat) and dried pineapple wedges for when I have a sweet tooth. A couple of those wedges satisfy any sweet cravings and only about 45 calories. I've lost 21 lbs since July!0

Two things I can't live without; Fage Total 0% Greek yoghurt and porridge. Both really filling, can be breakfast, a snack or a dessert and both have endless mix-in possibilities. My current favourite oatmeal is cherry, almond and cocoa. OMG Yummm!0

 Peppers (red, yellow or orange)

 Kiddies yoghurt (petite Filous)
I can always find some sort of snack out of that lot!0

for dinner or lunch: frozen spinach & canned diced tomatoes (no salt)
 for breakfast: oatmeal, frozen blueberries.
And lately I've been loving fat free sour cream. I find I can add a 15-calorie dollop to lots of things to substitute for salad dressing, cheese, or creamy sauce of just about any kind.0

OK, this may sounds crazy but I snack all the time and something that allows me to eat as much as I want and not feel bad is Tostitos Corn Scoops and tabouli that I add chopped cucumber and fresh salsa to it! If you want the recipe just PM me.0

Corn thins, they're like rice cakes but made with corn. With peanut butter, fills the gap just before gym so that I don't eat whatever's in sight after gym.0
