Op, did you end up losing? If so, what did it? I'm on day 42 and only lost 4lbs. I've been busting my butt at the gym, calories were 1200 (tried going up bc some said I wasn't eating enough) and only water. I'm so confused!

I just noticed a few of you had asked what i was doing. I started out with just the 30 day shred and a net of 1200 calories. Buttttt after only about 2 pounds lost in 2 weeks i decided to step it up a bit and started using the elliptical at least 30 minutes a day. Good luck to you all :)

I just told my husband yesterday that once i reach my first mini goal of 20 lbs (2 lbs away.. yay!) i will go get a much deserved massage. Hope this works! The workouts arent too bad. I didnt love it but i loved that it changed my body quicker than anything else i'd ever done! Give it a shot!!! :)

May 24th -- Arm-13 Waist-41 Thighs-26 3/4 Hips-46 Bust-40 1/2 Weight - 176 July 11th - Weight 165.6 Arm-13 Thigh-24 Waist-37 Hips-42 1/2 Bust-37 1/2 I have before and after pictures but i'm pretty embarrassed by those.
