    I finally met my first big goal down 100 pounds from 2008. Eat healthy and exercise was my "secret"! Now I think another 20-30 pounds to go, plus get rid of some body fat and I'll be done! My AMAZING fiance has helped me so much get to this point! Thanks for all the other people on MFP for all the motivation!
