you are so right! i was doing really good when i was using it daily and then i stopped for like a week and i felt like i binged. i just started using it again last night. it works for me as long as i do it every night.

I didnt weigh in last week. we lost power for 4 days and ate out A LOT then the halloween candy. it was just a bad bad week and i was afraid to because I know i gained, i can feel it. I didnt want it to really discourage me. I will weigh in this week though and I am still trying to meet the goal!!! good luck to everyone =)

I did get the book but haven't been able to read much of it yet to get a really good understanding and then we lost power for 4 days because of a storm and I sort of took that as a free pass for not watching whtat I was eating so I know I need to get serious again.

I set my goal to 1500 since thats what my doctor told me. she said it will come off slowly but healthy. I don't find myself starving either. i am trying all sorts of different recipes with grilled foods or baked or in the broiler. some are nasty lol but i am getting there. and i usually go over on fridays, thats my day…

So for everyone that has lost weight... you are just cutting back calories or are you following a specific diet? there are way too many diets out there, its confusing sometimes. And if you are exercising and earning calories are you "eating" them or still sticking to your daily goal?

I have thought about putting my diary public but i am not sure i am quite there yet. lol.
