LOLOLOLOLOL I had more than that in just bourbon on New Year's Eve. I didn't even keep track of how many thousand calories of various snack foods I ate.

You could just eat one extra Necco Wafer and not log that either and call it even?
-
This exactly. See my above comments about your need of training and better tactics.
-
Then you're training is deficient. Aim? At that range there is no aiming. Safety?
-
So......you're saying we should stop shopping too?
-
Because pepper spray isn't effective on everyone. 125grains of jacketed hollowpoint at 1450fps is.
-
Whelp......... Keep punchin then?

I'm pretty sure you don't understand what Vegas is for.

Just because you're on a diet doesn't mean everyone is. Yeah, Santa may be a little on the hefty side. And maybe he could stand to lose a pound or two. But who are you to judge someone else's journey. Maybe he's happy with his body. And maybe you could be a little more supportive of someone who has done nothing but bring…

You're most welcome

Well....no...not exactly.

And is 30k good.....or bad?

I would go ahead and go to at least maintenance calories for the two weeks leading up to the race. And I avoid high fat and high fiber the two days before. Lots of carbs and lean protein.

LOL See previous comment about a marathon being more than just two half marathons.
-
Yeah but do you have any idea how he might have tweaked his back? Because I can't think of a reason.

Those foods are all produced by companies. So are you lumping yourself in with all the other stupid human beings who don't live a strict subsistence lifestyle?

Squats and deadlifts.

OP: I sprained my ankle pretty severely three days before my second half marathon. I ran it anyway. And I PRd. And then I spent six months in physical therapy before I could run again. There are ouchies and there are injuries. The injuries are the ones that you need to watch or they'll eff you up long term.
