I have a simple fix for this: Don't talk on the phone. I think the entire time that the hubs and I have been together (2 1/2 years),we have talked on the phone for a grand total of maybe an hour.

I'm sure this has been said already, but you need to take care of your drinking problem first and your weight second.

You're not losing because you're not eating enough. If you are working out that much, there is no way your body can fuel itself on 1200 calories a day, nevermind LESS than that. Eat more and you should lose more. Simple as that.

I always snack at night. I just make sure I have enough calories (which I always do). And if you're going to snack, try and make it healthy? I don't always though. My go-to snack is usually popcorn.

Actually, it really doesn't matter when you eat your meals. I eat dinner late usually, AND have snacks before I go to bed. I'm still losing weight. Everyone is different, obviously, but in general, it really doesn't matter whether or not you eat before you go to bed.
