Feel free to add, now I am not sure about the parent thing, doing for them as the right thing to do, but in my experience you must do it for yourself! Or you will not do it I have found that cleaning up my diet, was the key to getting things to work, eat healthy foods, lots of color on your plate. Lots of veggies, cut down…

I tore my meniscus and my acl in my knee about 6 yrs ago, went to the surgeon, he said to bike bike bike then bike some more, I would not be doing any harm to it but it would be very very good for me as it would strengthen my legs to help support my knee. IMHO , I think this would work, treat your work hours just like you would a regular day, so a couple of hours before you go to work, eat breakfast or something similar, then a snack a couple of hours later then lunch a couple of hours later, and so on and so on.

I think so as I was watching our local news and on their health segment they said that in order for caffeine to start actually being a diuretic , you must drink in excess of three or four pots of coffee a day, so I think coffee and tea will count to towards water intake, as for making you pee lots water will do the same as…

I would cut out some more of your carbs, and try much more vegetables and greens, like salad and such eat lots of salad I would eat a big salad everyday before supper and cut back on your snacks at night, drink lots of water as well, like glasses and glasses of it during the day, just water not juice or diet pop, water.

Oh wow don't think that, you have done the hardest step already! You have stepped in the right direction! Everyone here is right 20 mins great start, yes you will get stronger, more stamina! feel great! but maybe tone down the pace a bit as you don't want to over do it and then hate the pain you have the next day or worse…

I think the following could help: decline pushups place your feet about two stairs higher than your hands, do your pushups what i call arm haulers, lie on the floor face down, arms in front of your suspended off the floor pull them down to you sides, then back up over your head, thats one rep, kind of like doing snow…
