wow, you didn't just lose the weight - you chiseled it away!

Oh absolutely! Granola/energy bars, nuts, dried fruit - eat them as you feel you need them. Don't count the carbs, just work on maintaining your energy level through the hike. You can go back to your normal macro plan the following day.

I make individual pizzas using a high fiber tortilla. The tortilla is 70 cals and most of the carbs are fiber. I spray with a little Pam, throw it in a nonstick skillet, crisp on one side, turn over, add toppings, and crisp it up until cheese melts. It's very tasty and doesn't really resemble a tortilla when done. Also,…

Your diary looks fantastic. My only suggestion would be to watch the sodium. If I'm low on cals, I finish my day with a tsp or two of natural peanut butter. I generally eat back half my exercise cals.

60-80 grams, mostly healthy fats like avocado, nuts or nut butters, olive oil

All I know is I've tried steady state cardio and HIIT (both elliptical) and my weight loss rate increased with HIIT, diet staying the same. That's enough proof for me to keep doing HIIT

It really is just abs - there are a few cardio intervals in there, but nowhere near as intense as 30DS and Ripped in 30. I usually piggyback 6W6P with the elliptical or another Jillian video for a more complete workout. Results are good though - my love handles are disappearing and my core feels much stronger.

I'd decrease the carbs to around 80 and up the protein to over 100. Hunger will disappear!

Yup, these are my favorite, especially cause I watch my carb intake

Rest, cut sodium, cut carbs, drink lots of water and I bet you can lose 3 kg

Niacinamide is supposed to be better than niacin (fewer flushing/reactions). I take it from time to time with no issues.

I come to expect a 1-2 week plateau every 4-6 weeks. I definitely retain fluid around my time of the month, and that accounts for 2-3 pounds. Suddenly, I'll experience a whoosh and will drop 5-6 almost overnight. If it's more than that, try spiking your cals 1 day a week to see if it helps your metabolism.

Silly question - did your weight change significantly after? I'm Creepily wondering how much the skin weighed

Nuts. 1/4 cup is usually around 150

I'd eat it without the bun, mayo, and ketchup, with veggies on the side. Looks like there is plenty of flavor there

It's possible - especially if you have a lot to lose. Less junk means less salt so you probably got rid of water weight too. Also (sorry to be gross) but if you ate more veggies than usual, they do a good job of cleaning out the bowels. On top of all this, a few lbs of fluctuation is normal. Keep up the good work!

My stomach only growls a few hours after I've had a meal with a high carb load. If I stick to protein and fat and minimal carbs, it never happens.

I always double the MFP recommendation for protein (at least) and halve the carbohydrates. Keeps me full and satisfied!

Most fat free milks don't have anything "bad" added to them - just the fat is removed. So no, it's not bad for you, but I would still stick with 1% or 2% unless you are drinking a gallon a day. The fat in the milk will help satisfy you and keep you full longer. I drink my milk as part of a morning latte on the weekends. I…
