I've been looking into starting c25k....I read that some people gain in the first few days of it and then it all come off toward the end of the program!?!? Just a thought...

Welcome Paul & good luck! :) I dont have diabetes but i do have just 1 -and-a-half kidneys...due to dr.'s error as a child. :) good luck on your weight loss journey just believe in yourself and have fun with it!! You can do anything you put your mind too.

I've been wrapping just about everything in lettuce leaves! Last night I sautéed green peppers, onions,myellow peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes with a fajita seasoning. I've noticed that some rest. Have a thin crust pizza that appears to automatically b less calories!! Go for a veggie pizza - skipping the meat will def. Help cut calories! What about having a salad before the pizza...maybe it'll help fill you up! Good luck!!

I log in while eating too! Makes it much easier not having to remember what I've eaten!! While cooking dinner I also use the create recipe too and when I use and ingredient I enter it in! Then I know exactly how much I can have! So greatful for MFP! I'm cooking sweet and sour mango chicken in my crockpot now! Less than 200…
