I would look into the 21 day fix program. That will give you a template of what foods to eat, and how many of each food a day, and provides a daily 30 mins workout to be done from home.

About a week or two ago, my older sister says on my FB page "I see you trying to get cute" implying that my weight made me unattractive... Luckily for me, I know I am attractive because my husband proposed & married me while I was at my highest weight ever, & she had 2 kids before her husband ever took the idea of marriage…

Everyone has a down day every now & then, but you have to get over it & push forward!!! To brake through that 2 week plateau, try exercising when you 1st wake up before eating breakfast, & also drink 32 oz of water before breakfast as well! you should see a change within a few days... I hope I don't sound too harsh, but I…

So far I have only loss 35 lbs, but my aim is to lose at least another 20-25 lbs! My SW was 205lbs & my CW is 170lbs. I started out with TRYING to do Jillian 30 shred DVD but that was the wrong move, and I always quit after 5-6 days. Then I started out just walking more instead of trying to kill myself with exercise I…

You look so great! I'm currently 170 from 205, and I'm aiming for a maintainence weight of 145 to 150 lbs! I love to see ppl who have completed the journey I'm aiming for because it makes the journey seem so much more possible during the tough days ;-)

I am the same way! I weigh myself everyday because I am amazed that weight is coming off. My official days are usually Monday's and Saturday's. But if I notice a big enough difference before I eat breakfast on any given day I definitely log it...I need to change my ways this year & so do you! I'm gonna stick to Monday's &…

I am fortunate to have a few friends who are married or have been in long term relationships &/or have kids, although I don't see them often due to everyone…

I weighted in this morning, because I wanted to do an experiment. Yesterday I worked out in the morning for the first time in about 2 weeks, & I wanted to see if working out in the morning might make a difference in anything. It turns out it helps me get out of my plateau, and I am down to 187.5lbs ;-) I am half way to my…

Yes it does. I think I need to move on to a different video in the Tae Bo Amped dvds because the jump start video is starting to become easier for me to do. A potential NSV I want to accomplish is completing 2 of those videos back to back (but I need my child to be in a good sleep for me to get that done...) But I really…

Hey ladies! Today is going to be a tae bo day! I already did a 30 min walk on my lunch break, and I will do 40mins of Tae Bo Amped at home tonight. I'm kind of disappointed that I didn't get my hour in on the elliptical last night. my husband's family wasn't able to keep her for the usual amount of time we workout, so I…

From 9/21/11 to today 11/1/11 i have lost 12 lbs, which was a 6 week time period. My 1st goal is to reach 175 lbs by 12/31/11, which is in 8 or 9 weeks. I am challenging myself with…

hello, I also weighted 205 lbs the day before I gave birth from my daughter. About 4 days after being released from the hospital, I began to walk a lot due to my new reason for pushing a baby stroller lol. Anyway, my pre-pregnancy weight was 198, so I was thankful to only gain 7 lbs carrying a 6 1/2 lb baby. I took my baby…
