I love the bodymedia, I need to reactivate my account. I loved how it tracked my sleep, so I could see on average how much sleep I was getting. It's a good device to have!

Welcome to MFP! I am in the AF, and the PT program has been a struggle for me. I actually test on Fri, but feel good about it this time. Being overseas doesn't help, I just PCSed from Germany, was there for 3 yrs and loved the food/wine. Good luck to you and feel free to add me if you want.

I use Allrecipes.com, it has all kinds of receipes, even healthy ones. They email me a recipe everyday, and I have used some of them. They are really good, I love the ones to prepare in the slow cooker. Try it out and see what you think.

My nutritionist suggest to weigh in the morning, it's the most accurate. She says that you'll always weigh more at night due to all the liquids we intake during the day (water weight).
