C25K - WK1 DAY 1 - Who's with Me?

Hi pals,
I would like to start the C25K over again today. I was doing it a few months ago and was able to get to week 3 but stopped. This time I want to say I completed it!! It would be nice to have a few pals join the ride with me. So i'm putting it out there to see what kind of response I get. If we have to start tomorrow, then we can do that also.

for a month? oh you are trying to get past it I guess without stopping or breaking? I think week 1 was pretty okay for me, week 2 became a little challenging but i'm committed...0 -
I am really seriously considering starting it again also. I did two weeks this summer and then stopped, because I was happier walking outside as much as possible. This week I have five soccer games to go watch in six days, so it is going to be tough, but I think I really want to give it a try again.0

great job on your loss so far!! We are gonna do tomorrow just so everyone has a chance to start at the same time and also in case we need to purchase sports bras lol....and some have already worked out this morning.

good question on that one...on the iphone :-), you start your music first and then go to the app...do you guys have pandora or iheart radio....there should be some app you have that has a streaming radio that can be played and then go to the app0 -

just haven't had the motivation to do it regularly enough to feel that i have completed week one. i do it once or maybe twice a week, but never three times b/c its been too easy to find excuses not to do it.0 -
