I have ridges in my nails through damage to the nail bed, as someone previously stated this is the case, mine was through wearing false nails and it takes ages for them to heel. Not sure if they ever do.

I love my heels, the higher the better, makes legs look longer, but only when I go out. Can't cope with them all day

Never more than once a week, although I broke my own rule at the gym, I weighed myself on Friday and then again on Sunday and lost 2lbs in total, but generally once a week is best

I used to take fish oil and it made me ill. I now take flaxseed oil as well as eating fish at least 3 times a week

I am forever falling off the treadmill as I listen to a lot of Zumba tracks and lose concentration and my step, in fact I was talking to someone to day and did the same thing, had to re adjust me steps pretty quick.

I programmed each piece of equipment in the gym with my weight and logged the calories burned for each one, then created them on the exercise section and I now have an accurate as can be calorie burn counter. Hope this helps

I struggle to eat breakfast at the best of time but more so pre workout - I personally have just started a whey protein mix after my work out and finding it good, although even struggled to get that down. As everyone else says see what you are happiest at and go from there.

strength training is the way to go, mix up with cardio and up the tension level, when the muscles feel burn that is when you burn more calories but you need the strength of the muscle to burn in the first place. Well that is what I am told
