Sorry! I just got to college, and it has been quite hectic! I lost two pounds though, I am at 142 :)

It's weird, I automatically just eat healthier stuff when I eat. And I drink healthy too, mainly water. It's so unlike me :) haha.

Yes, stairs would do nicely for that! Annnnd, we have to defeat the orcs. And they are pretty much bad food choices and excuses not to exercise. Stay strong, you can beat them ;)
