Hey Guys!
I want to introduce you to the MOST INTENSE cardio workout i've ever done (besides p90x and insanity)
It doesn't require ANY weights and I just came back to it today and got down to 8 minutes before i couldn't do it anymore....

Its less is more cardio workout with Cindy Whitmarsh. You burn about 350 calories in 32 minutes, but its HARD. I'm not lying you can check the reviews. Its amazing stuff.
basically a ton of jogging in place, burpies, jumping jacks, etc. The basics of P.E. check it out... you wont regret it.

I clicked it open in another window and will go look in a second but I wanted to ask you a quick question first. How is this workout for someone with knees that are mad at them? I've been doing P90X but the plyo ticked my knees off so I'm looking for substitutions for that day. Would this be something that could be done with a little modification if necessary?

YES! She has a few exercises using knees and only one plyo move, and she shows you the modification where you don't jump!
