  • I got a road bike a couple of months ago and have really enjoyed it :) It's a nice change of pace from walking/hiking which are regular activities of mine. I was a little humbled at first though, even small hills seem huge when you're trying to pedal up them!

  • Last night I finished L1D6....I am getting used to the exercises now and am not sore anymore at all....I love it! Although I'm sure level 2 will kick my butt again!
  • Good job everyone! Looks like we're all staying on track! I just finished D4L1 and while it does get easier every time, I am sooooo sore. My legs can hang but my arms, and mostly my left arm b/c I'm right handed, are torn up! I know it will get better but right now I feel like it needs a sling or something haha. Proud of…

And actually…

  • Not even gonna lie, I checked the exercise section of MFP for this :) I tried calling it a ton of different things but came up w/ nothing. Good to know though, it's gotta be doing SOMETHING :)
  • 20 minutes last night, AND I got my man in on the action....he likes it better than when I make him leave so I can do Wii active :)
  • Just the other night, I went out w/ my girls and we ended up at an "80's night"....we danced our butts off for about 3 hours and I was amazed when I checked (just for fun) the next day to see if I burnt any calories....what a great work out! I'm a big fan of this.... Def. up for the challange. Def. joining your group :)…
