I love her too...I've done the shred twice now and still use it sometimes. I love no more trouble zones, I do it twice a week for strength training...I'd do a mix, keep it fresh :)

I'm sure people will tell you to just drink regular water....but I think that one a day would be fine. Best to not have more than that probably...but ultimately, it's not like it's Coke or something. I love it, and have one sometimes.

Hey...good for you! I just finished today (for the second time, I did it last spring too). I only lost 6 pounds, but I lost 13 inches from all over my body, and I feel great! I had bigger results the first time, I lost 11 pounds and 19 inches. I love that program, I highly recommend it! Not sure about pics yet...we'll see…

I LOVE this challenge, it's just what I need right now. I just finished the 30 day shred and lost inches but not a lot of weight, only 6 pounds. But I'm in for sure! sw: 178

I think I'm addicted too! I used to spread one Crystal light packet out into about 6 servings, so I love that you can just add a dash of flavor w/ these and it mixes so much better. I can drink plain old water, but I drink WAY more if I add mio :)

Jillian is tough, but I freaking love her! After two levels so far in the shred, I have gone from a size 12 to a 10, and lost 11.5 inches total. I'm amazed that my body changed this much and there is still more to come! I say go for it!

One of my favorite flavors is Allegro original marinade...it's low cal, 10 for a tsp. I think, and it's delish! Works great as a marinade or in a strifry...I put it in a lot of different stuff that I cook.

I just started doing this on Monday of this week and I love it! I feel much less stagnant than just sitting in a chair and I do stretches and mini-exercises all day long. Not planning on seeing a difference from any of it b/c I already work-out a lot, but it can't hurt right?
