The thing is usually we do drive thru for breakfast and lunch and sit down for dinner at a restaurant. Im just worried because i have no say so in where we stop to eat its usually mcdonalds burger king what should i do then?

im 4'11'' too :) i went from 125 to 110 since August. After i had my baby last almost 18 months ago my body turned to crap and even though 125 doesnt seem like a lot it looks really bad on me, so im pretty proud for losing 15 lbs.

Polar FT7 comes with a chest strap and i love it :) i definitely recommend it its very simple and easy to use paid around 150 for it

oops sorry i was trying to say for both workouts i was burning about 600 in total, if that makes better sense?

i burn around 300 during one workout and another 300 for my second workout, or atleast thats what my heart rate monitor is reading.

I am 4'11'' so unfortunately im on the "heavier" side of the scale for my height and body frame

im willing to share? lol see my husband and are planning on having another next year and it sucks to think i have to do this all over again, i wasnt those blessed women who go back to skinny toned body without doing some type of exercise.

i have scoliosis and back problems so ab exercises are always hard for me to do. i probably do the crunches wrong, any advice? i have been doing jillian michaels 30 day shred i finished the 30 days and im going back and fourth from level 2 to level 3 but im getting bored.

i am always below atleast 100 with my carbs and below atleast 40 with my sugars, i have lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks but i feel like maybe i did because it was a jolt change in my calorie intake and exercise because i actually tried to control my portions and joined this site to help, now im worried if i keep eating that much…
